Job summary

Local Crafts is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across our multi-brand portfolio.

Reporting to the CFO, you will build financial models, present to boards and the PE sponsor, and partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic capital decisions. This fully remote role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunity to shape the company’s financial future.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy with senior leadership experience.
Proven track record building financial models and presenting to boards or senior executives.
Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication translating financial data for non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across all brands.
Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic and capital decisions.
Lead board and PE sponsor reporting, including financial packages and KPI dashboards.
Build financial models supporting brand-level investments, M&A, and scenario planning.
Drive corporate strategy initiatives, including market analysis and growth assessment.
Establish KPI frameworks across a multi-brand portfolio.
Partner with brand leaders on P&L management and cost optimization.
Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A function.
