Job summary

ID Logistics seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to drive planning, budgeting and insightful analysis for our 3PL/Contract Logistics operations. This fully remote, individual contributor role partners with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with business goals and to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with logistics contexts; travel about 15% is expected to support site engagements and relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or related finance experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in 3PL/contract logistics or distribution environments required.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow relationships.
• Excel proficiency for financial modeling; PowerQuery/PowerPivot a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and present financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting, build robust financial models for budgeting and long-range plans.
• Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for senior leadership.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to labor, warehouse costs, and productivity.
• Partner with business leaders to translate data into actionable guidance.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Purchasing on cross-functional initiatives.
• Support month-end close and investigate variances; drive FP&A process improvements.
