ID Logistics is hiring an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. This fully remote role supports budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for our 3PL/Contract Logistics operations, driving insights and strategic decisions.

Expect close collaboration with cross-functional teams and an executive-facing communication style. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience including budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Experience in 3PL/contract logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and related interrelations.
• Excel proficiency for financial modeling; PowerQuery/PowerPivot a plus.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Aufgaben

• Plan and forecast through annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports and variance analyses to senior leadership and business partners.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to labor, warehousing, volume, and productivity.
• Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable guidance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, and other functions to support finance processes and initiatives.
• Support Month-End Close by reviewing results and variances and ensuring data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for FP&A process improvements and lead implementation.
