The Atlanta Corporate Aviation team at Koch companies seeks a Flight Department Scheduler to coordinate executive travel and support the safe, efficient operation of corporate flight activities. You will connect passengers, crew, vendors, and aviation operations to deliver an exceptional travel experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling coordination, manifest preparation, travel service support, and handling accounts payable activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in flight planning, scheduling, aviation operations, or related support role.
• Experience coordinating multiple schedules and travel-related activities with accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft scheduling and communicate itineraries to passengers and flight crews.
• Maintain awareness of aircraft location, status, and active trip logistics.
• Prepare and maintain passenger and crew manifests.
• Coordinate crew accommodations, ground transport, catering, and other travel services.
• Support a professional, discreet, and customer-focused travel experience for all passengers.
• Maintain flight records, trip expenses, and billing activities for Atlanta-based aircraft.
