Qualifications

• Experience in flight planning, flight scheduling, aviation operations, aviation administration, logistics coordination, or related support role.
• Experience coordinating multiple schedules, priorities, or travel-related activities with accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company aircraft scheduling and communicate itineraries and updates to passengers and flight crews.
• Maintain awareness of aircraft location, operational status, and trip logistics.
• Prepare and maintain accurate passenger and crew manifests.
• Coordinate crew accommodations, ground transportation, catering, and other travel support services.
• Support a professional, discreet, and customer-focused travel experience for all passengers.
• Maintain flight records, trip expenses, operational documentation, and billing activities for Atlanta-based aircraft.
• Process accounts payable activities, vendor setup requests, and expense reconciliations.
• Manage corporate aviation credit card expenses through Concur.
• Provide administrative and office management support for the aviation department.
• Support additional operational and administrative activities as assigned.
