Job summary

Koch is seeking a Flight Department Scheduler in Atlanta to coordinate executive travel and support efficient corporate flight operations. You will serve as a key liaison between passengers, crew, vendors, and aviation operations, delivering a superior travel experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining manifests, tracking aircraft status, and handling travel logistics, scheduling, and related administrative tasks for Atlanta-based flights.

Qualifications

• Experience in flight planning, scheduling, or aviation operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple schedules and travel-related activities with accurate records.
• Experience communicating with passengers, crew, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company aircraft scheduling and communicate itineraries to passengers and flight crews.
• Maintain awareness of aircraft location, status, and trip logistics.
• Prepare and maintain passenger and crew manifests.
• Coordinate crew accommodations, ground transportation, and travel support services.
• Manage flight records, trip expenses, and billing activities for Atlanta-based aircraft.
• Process accounts payable activities and vendor setup requests.
