Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in aviation scheduling, dispatch, or complex operational planning roles.
• Strong proficiency in aviation scheduling and dispatch practices within corporate or Part 91/135 environments.
• Advanced planning and scheduling skills with real-time updates for operational environments.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset when working with executives, flight crews, vendors, and internal partners.
• Proficiency with scheduling and office productivity software; ability to quickly learn new tools, workflows, and systems.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate aircraft scheduling and operational coordination for executive and business travel.
• Assign corporate aircraft and crew to meet domestic and international travel requirements of senior executives and talent.
• Monitor daily fleet operations and re-allocate aviation resources in response to changes such as weather or mechanical issues.
• Communicate with pilots, executives’ assistants, mechanics, and vendors to provide updates on the schedule.
• Coordinate crew ground transportation and hotel accommodations, and arrange passenger catering as needed.
• Ensure ground handling, slots, and permits are in order before each departure; arrange charters when required.
