Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to oversee scheduling for internal and external customers, ensuring the best possible service. You will coordinate regulatory training requirements and act as primary liaison with customers and regulatory bodies.

The role requires aviation knowledge, strong scheduling skills, and excellent communication. You will support export compliance, document collection, and client retention initiatives while working with FlightSafety’s training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or three (3) years’ related experience and/or training; equivalency years’ experience substitution must be in related field.
• Aviation industry terminology knowledge, FAA/NAA prerequisites for FlightSafety International courses as specified by FAA regulations.
• Knowledge of scheduling concepts and experience with scheduling software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers/clients and send confirmations; maintain client accounts.
• Coordinate all training schedules and assess client training needs affecting schedules.
• Verify regulatory requirements and align training objectives accordingly.
• Serve as backup focal for TSA tracking for incoming clients.
• Perform export compliance checks as needed and verify pre-training documents.
• Contact customers to confirm attendance and training objectives.
• Support client retention programs and act as primary contact for assigned programs.
