Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks an experienced corporate aviation travel scheduler to plan and manage aircraft, crews, and related resources for high-priority executive travel. You will build compliant schedules, coordinate with pilots and hangar staff, and ensure readiness of assets and documentation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, calm decision-making under change, and on-call availability for critical travel needs, including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in travel, aviation work, flight scheduling, dispatch, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan aircraft, crew, and resources for safe, timely travel.
• Build schedules meeting business needs and FAA rules.
• Balance aircraft use, crew readiness, flight time, and rest.
• Coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and hangar staff.
• Confirm aircraft and crews are ready and current.
• Create detailed trip plans and itineraries.
• Book ground travel and crew lodging.
• Track flights and schedule changes; update records.
• Keep scheduling system accurate; update crew data and logs.
• Support Corporate Angel Network by coordinating eligible flight schedules.
• Complete post-flight records; prepare monthly planning reports.
• Book travel for hangar staff related to flights, training, maintenance.
• Flight following on-call during evenings or weekends.
