Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Flight Operations Scheduler to oversee safe, compliant, and efficient scheduling and coordination of company-operated aircraft.

You will handle end-to-end trip planning, flight following, and disruption management in alignment with safety standards and company policy. The role requires 2–5 years in flight scheduling or aviation operations, with the ability to work West Coast hours and coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in flight scheduling or aviation operations.
• Able to work West Coast business hours with possible evenings/weekends.
• Experience coordinating with flight crews, maintenance, and service providers.
• Familiarity with Flight Operations Manual, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage corporate aircraft operations.
• Ensure compliance with policy, approvals, and safety standards.
• Build flight itineraries, crew assignments, and aircraft utilization.
• Monitor crew duty/rest and coordinate with Pilot in Command.
• Coordinate trip logistics and aircraft handling, fuel, catering, and transport.
• Work with Maintenance to schedule routine and unscheduled maintenance.
• Manage domestic/international flight requirements and permits.
• Maintain flight records and logs; support safety management system.
