Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive automotive dealership management experience.
• Proven leadership in Service, Parts, Fixed Operations.
• Strong grasp of dealership financial statements, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting.
• Experience with inventory management, expense control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for automotive Service and Parts Departments.
• Drive departmental profitability, revenue growth, expense management, and operational performance.
• Develop and implement fixed operations strategies to increase service traffic, customer retention, and parts sales.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, departmental goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Analyze dealership financial statements and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Service Managers, Parts Managers, and departmental leadership teams.
• Create accountability standards and performance management systems.
• Oversee customer-pay, warranty, internal repair, and maintenance operations.
• Manage parts inventory control, purchasing strategies, pricing, and inventory profitability.
