WSP is seeking a highly strategic and commercially focused senior finance leader to partner with executive and operational leadership and translate business strategy into actionable financial plans. You will guide forecast accuracy, capital allocation, and long‑term value creation across a matrixed organization.

Lead a finance team, advance performance metrics, and drive transformation initiatives while maintaining strong governance and financial discipline across the portfolio.

Formación

• 17+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a large, complex organization.
• Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, strategic planning, commercial finance, or operational finance.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, reporting, accounting, internal controls, and governance.
• Proven ability to influence executive‑level decisions and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the senior finance advisor to business and operational leaders and translate strategic priorities into actionable financial and operational plans.
• Lead long-range planning, annual operating plans, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modeling.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics including revenue growth, margin, utilization, backlog conversion, working capital, and cash flow.
• Provide financial leadership in partnerships with Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and Corporate Development.
• Drive cost management, working capital optimization, and cash performance while supporting strategic initiatives.
• Lead finance transformation, standardized processes, automation, and digital finance solutions.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, integration, due diligence, and post‑acquisition performance.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team.
