Job summary

Taktile is seeking a strategic and execution-savvy Senior Executive Events Manager to own our events program and turn in-person experiences into a meaningful pipeline engine. This senior individual contributor role reports directly to our VP of Marketing, shaping where Taktile shows up and how we engage senior buyers in financial services.

You’ll design executive field programs, manage pre/post-event playbooks, and collaborate with enterprise sales to accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong written and verbal communication skills – with both internal and external (senior) audiences.
• 6–8+ years of professional experience, min. 3+ in field/ events marketing.
• Genuine comfort engaging C-suite and VP-level buyers in financial services.
• Strategic ownership mindset: you make the call on which events to attend and which to skip, and you defend those calls with data.
• Demonstrated ability to connect programs to pipeline outcomes – you think in revenue impact, not event metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the field events strategy: Build a strategic annual event calendar spanning owned events, third‑party conferences, and partner activations.
• Set the standard for how Taktile shows up: booth design, speaking engagements, and experiential moments.
• Own our presence at key industry conferences and brief the team for maximum interaction.
• Design and run executive field programs, incl. theme development, attendee curation, agenda design, facilitation, and post‑event follow‑through.
• Track and report on pipeline influenced, opportunities sourced, and deal acceleration attributable to field programs.
