Job summary

Little River Casino Resort in Michigan seeks an experienced Front of House Food & Beverage Director to lead multiple concepts, ensuring service standards, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. You will manage senior managers, collaborate with Culinary and other departments, drive menu and beverage strategies, and develop staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

This role requires strategic oversight and hands-on leadership in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.

Qualifications

• Two-year Hospitality Management degree or equivalent, plus 8+ years in F&B management in high-volume settings.
• 10+ years of progressive F&B management in a mult outlet, high-volume operation.
• Experience leading FOH across multiple concepts and managing subordinate managers.
• Experience reading and acting on P&L, operating reports, labor and inventory data.
• Experience developing menus, beverage programs, and revenue initiatives.
• Must obtain Michigan TAM certification and SERVSafe within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Front of House F&B operations through managers.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to coordinate FOH and BOH operations.
• Review revenue, labor, costs, and inventory; implement corrective actions.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through pricing, promos, and events.
• Ensure QA, training, onboarding, and performance coaching across teams.
