Job summary

Little River Casino Resort is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead front-of-house teams, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will schedule staff, monitor budgets, and maintain service standards across the F&B department.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality knowledge, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork within a Tribal casino resort environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2-year degree in Hospitality Management or related field with supervisory/front-of-house experience in high-volume F&B, or 3 years front-of-house with supervisory experience and 1 year in quality control.
  • Michigan TAM certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
  • SERVSafe Certification within 90 days and ongoing.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, assigns, and supervises the Food and Beverage team within assigned areas.
  • Prepares team member work schedules to ensure proper service levels.
  • Oversees maintenance of department assets and ensures cleanliness and good repair.
  • Monitors budget adherence, labor control, and expenses for the department.
  • Conducts department meetings and managers’ meetings; prepares reports as required.
  • Assists in interviewing/hiring and providing training for team members.
