Job summary

Populus Denver is seeking an accomplished, highly engaged Director of Food & Beverage to lead the hotel's dining and beverage operations. This executive role oversees multiple venues, including Pasque and rooftop experiences, with a focus on profitability, guest experience, and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant and beverage concepts, preferably in upscale lifestyle or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and P&L ownership with a track record of profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for all Food & Beverage operations, aligning with hotel positioning, brand standards, ownership objectives, and annual business plan.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive F&B strategy balancing revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and market relevance.
• Oversee breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and seasonal dining operations; drive service excellence, guest engagement, and dining-room efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Executive Chef on business development and event programming.
• Establish and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; maximize profitability and be accountable for F&B revenue and expenses.
