The role focuses on influencing stakeholders across sales, product, and leadership, translating complex challenges into compelling narratives, and building trusted advisor relationships that differentiate ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and delivering executive engagements or strategic programs.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels including sales and executives.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling with executive presence.
• Strong program and project management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Comfort navigating complexity, ambiguity, and rapid change.
• Consultative, customer-first mindset and ability to translate business challenges into opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial drive to continuously wow customers with innovative approaches.
