The role combines logistics, leadership, and sponsor coordination, with travelto events and a hands-on approach to creating a wow factor for attendees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales or events, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of written English with attention to detail.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Customer service orientation and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nominations and sponsor landings.
• Plan and execute high-energy events across markets.
• Develop relationships with CEOs and C-level executives.
• Manage vendors and logistics for events.
• Travel to events as needed.
