Job summary

TM Forum is seeking an Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager to lead the delivery of its sponsor‑executive engagement programs across multiple global events. You will manage onboarding, outreach, scheduling and onsite execution to deliver high‑value experiences for CSP sponsors and senior attendees.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering executive-level engagement programs.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows across global events.
• Skilled communicator with CSP executives and sponsor representatives.
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with strong organisation.
• Familiarity with telecoms, technology, B2B events is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Executive Connect & Invite-Only programs.
• Onboard sponsors and capture target accounts and objectives.
• Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and onsite operations.
• Manage attendee wish-lists, vetting, and session flow.
• Provide post-event insights and reporting to improve future delivery.
