Job summary

NVE Experience Agency seeks an Event Logistics Director to lead large-scale B2B programs from concept through execution, focusing on executive events and VIP experiences. You will refine and deliver all logistics and operations while coordinating venues, hospitality, catering, and transportation.

Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams, you’ll manage budgets from $500K to $1.5MM+, oversee staff and vendor contracts, and ensure on-time, on-brand delivery that meets NVE’s high

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of event production experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale B2B events & experiences.
• Extensive freelance and vendor network across event hospitality and logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Apple applications and project management software.
• Understanding of permitting standards and ability to manage timelines around permits.
• Ability to manage multiple projects for different clients concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Refine and deliver all logistics and operations elements from planning to execution.
• Lead venues, convention centers, hotels, AV and exclusive vendors; manage transportation planning and staffing.
• Direct all F&B operations, design menus and culinary experiences, and manage guest services.
• Ensure seamless onsite execution on time, on budget, and to NVE standards.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders across marketing, communications, IT, and security; support speaker logistics.
• Partner with creative leadership to ensure financial viability of concepts and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build project documentation and present to clients.
