Job summary

Digile is seeking a Team Lead for End User Services (EUS) Engineering, joining a dynamic IT department. This role blends Tier-3 technical leadership with project governance, acting as the main interface to executive leadership and overseeing seamless white-glove support, identity management, and boardroom AV orchestration while driving automation and project delivery.

The incumbent will manage Tier-2/3 engineers, establish SLAs/KPIs, and drive EUC roadmaps, including OS refresh cycles,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in End User Computing/Desktop Engineering, with leadership or project management for executives.
• Deep expertise in EUS platforms and endpoint management tools.
• Experience supporting C-Suite, board events, and executive AV/UC environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove executive support and technical direction for C-suite and board members.
• Lead Tier-2/Tier-3 EUS engineers; manage tickets, SLAs and governance.
• Plan and execute EUC roadmaps: OS refreshes, migrations, software deployment, and AV upgrades.
• Oversee identity lifecycles across Active Directory/Entra ID with MFA and RBAC.
• Drive desktop platform automation using Intune, SCCM, Jamf, Autopilot.
• Manage external vendors and hardware inventory to meet SLAs.
