Job summary

Coretek-Services is seeking an EUC Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will provide Level 3/4 support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Azure Virtual Desktop, drive remediation, and push automation and IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.

You will collaborate with the L3/L4 team to optimize health, security, and performance, mentor junior engineers, and engage with clients to ensure SLAs and best practices in a cloud-first, customer-obsessed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Citrix VAD or Azure Virtual Desktop in a managed services or enterprise environment.
• 4+ years administering production virtual desktop environments, including Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, and image management.
• Experience supporting multiple client environments concurrently.
• Exposure to ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy, with ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 and Level 4 support and engineering for managed Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex virtual desktop, application delivery, user profile, session performance, and endpoint issues.
• Participate in escalation rotations and major incident response activities.
• Perform daily health checks, patching, upgrades, and incident remediation across hosted EUC environments.
• Ensure adherence to established SLAs and operational standards.
• Develop automation using Terraform, Ansible, Packer and PowerShell.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve system performance, availability, and security posture across client environments.
