Job summary

Allstate is seeking a visionary senior engineering leader to define and execute the strategy, architecture, and delivery of the End User Computing portfolio. You will lead endpoint engineering, modern management, virtual workstations, and digital employee experience at enterprise scale.

You will guide several engineering teams, partner with product managers and partners like Microsoft, Apple, Google, and Citrix, and drive AI-enabled automation, telemetry, and secure-by-design endpoints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in EUC engineering or related IT infra roles.
• Lead multiple engineering teams and managers in a large-scale enterprise.
• 5+ years of people management, coaching and mentoring.
• Deep expertise in endpoint management: Windows/Intune, macOS/JAMF, mobile, VDI/ DaaS.
• Experience with Agile and Outcome-Based Delivery (OBD) product organizations.
• Experience with software packaging and deployment tools: Intune, JAMF, MECM.
• Telemetry, scripting, automation skills (Nexthink NQL, Power BI/SQL, PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with Nexthink, Intune Advanced Analytics, ControlUp.
• Ability to communicate strategy, risks, investment needs to exec leadership.
• Proven vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Shape the End User Computing portfolio, define vision, and establish service roadmaps.
• Lead multiple engineering teams across Windows, macOS, mobile, and VDI.
• Define hardware standards and lifecycle strategies that align with employee needs.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, configuration, and cloud-based management (Intune, JAMF).
• Drive telemetry, AI-enabled insights, and automation to improve support.
• Partner with cybersecurity and compliance to ensure zero-trust architectures.
