Qualifications

• MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields post-MBA.
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable raising issues to executives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and drive complex problem resolution.
• Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong organizational awareness and stakeholder navigation skills.
• Knowledge of the consumer products/food industry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation for Board of Directors meetings, including agenda-setting and content development.
• Oversee the strategic planning process, including Situation Analysis and the Annual Operating Plan.
• Develop communications to align strategic imperatives across the organization.
• Manage critical enterprise strategic projects to support growth initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and Operating Committee.
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and establish business cases.
• Support business development efforts, including analysis for acquisitions and partnerships.
