Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
6+ years in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or related field.
Experience in top-tier consulting (MBB preferred) and leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Lead defined workstreams within enterprise strategy across Brands, Regions, and Functions.
Structure complex strategic questions and develop analyses to evaluate opportunities and challenges.
Translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into insights, narratives, and recommendations.
Develop senior-ready presentations and strategic narratives that support decision-making.
Manage and develop Senior Manager-level talent and coach junior team members.
Collaborate with Brand, Regional, and Functional teams to drive cross-functional execution.
