Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy in Camden, NJ. You will lead the enterprise strategy function, guiding the board meeting process and strategic planning with the CEO and Operating Committee.

The role requires higher-level strategic thinking and leadership across divisions. You will manage a small strategy team and partner with senior leaders to drive growth, margin expansion, and critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA required or strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience post-MBA or 12+ years post‑Bachelor’s in related fields.
• Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or business operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to influence executive leadership.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Campbell’s Enterprise Strategy function and board meeting processes.
• Drive strategic planning, including annual plan and long-term strategy.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives to execute enterprise and divisional strategies.
• Develop and mentor strategy resources; build team capabilities.
• Partner with CEO and senior leaders; provide data-driven insights.
• Develop business cases for growth opportunities and investments.
• Support M&A strategy, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.
