Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director, Enterprise Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This role will help shape enterprise priorities, support senior leadership decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives that influence growth across the organization. The position will partner closely with executive stakeholders to translate market insights into actionable plans, while helping coordinate major cross-functional efforts and key governance materials. It is well suited for a highly analytical strategic leader who can move fluidly between long-range planning, board-level preparation, and execution support in a complex consumer business.

Location: Camden, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $220,200 - $302,800 annually
