Unily is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support complex enterprise deals across North America, partnering with Account Executives to lead strategy and articulate value at the C‑suite level.

You will design demos, run executive workshops, and translate business outcomes into credible technical narratives, ensuring risk and security considerations are addressed without over‑engineering.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar in large enterprise, complex sales environments.
• Strong grounding in value‑based selling and consultative discovery, steering conversations toward outcomes and risk.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with C‑suite stakeholders with credibility and clarity.
• Solid understanding of enterprise technology considerations and appropriate depth for audience and deal stage.
• Comfort working within deal teams with prioritisation, trade‑offs, and time pressure.
• Self‑directed and autonomous, able to make decisions in ambiguity while collaborating with Sales and extended teams.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Deal Leadership with account executives to guide strategy across extended buying groups.
• Value‑Led Discovery & Storytelling translating priorities into value narratives connected to measurable business impact.
• Executive‑Level Engagement with senior and C‑suite stakeholders to align, decide, and build consensus.
• Demo & Workshop Excellence designing tailored demos, executive readouts, and workshops focused on outcomes.
• Technical Credibility & Risk Management providing guidance on hosting, security, authentication, and integrations.
• RFP, RFI & Complex Evaluation Support leading technical responses ensuring clarity and alignment with customer requirements and true capabilities.
• Commercial & Cross‑Functional Influence shaping deal approach and feeding learnings back into Product, Marketing, and Enablement.
• Mentorship & Standards setting best practices and developing the team.
