Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise security architecture engagements and shape security strategy for major clients. You will partner with C-suite stakeholders, define strategic directions, and oversee teams delivering high‑quality architectures tied to business outcomes.

You will also drive business development, contribute to EY’s thought leadership, and mentor junior staff while collaborating across EY's cyber and technology capabilities in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+–8+ years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture strategy, assessment and future-state design.
• Knowledge of NIST/ISO frameworks and SABSA is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and drive delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex security architecture engagements across multiple industries with accountability for quality, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
• Direct architecture assessments, Zero Trust transformations, cloud security initiatives, and governance engagements.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, and executive teams to frame challenges and present strategic recommendations.
• Grow EY's security architecture practice through proposals, thought leadership, and cross‑practice collaboration.
