Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Security Architecture practice. You will direct complex security engagements, shape strategy across network, cloud, data, and identity, and engage executive stakeholders to deliver trusted advisory services.

You will drive business development, shape proposals, and mentor teams to elevate EY’s cyber capabilities while collaborating across EY's cyber and technology capabilities to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience; or a graduate degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture strategy, assessment, and future‑state design.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA).
• Track record leading client‑facing security architecture engagements and driving outcomes.
• Experience in business development, proposals, and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee complex security architecture engagements across industries.
• Lead architecture assessments, Zero Trust programs, cloud security initiatives, and governance engagements.
• Engage with executive stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, Boards) to frame challenges and present findings.
• Drive business development, proposals, and client presentations to grow EY’s Cyber practice.
• Mentor and develop teams across EY’s Cyber and technology capabilities.
