Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for its Enterprise Security Architecture practice. You will lead strategic engagements across industries, shaping security architecture at enterprise scale and guiding delivery with senior client stakeholders.

In this role you will drive business development, mentor teams of Managers and Consultants, and collaborate across EY’s cyber and broader tech capabilities to deliver integrated, cross-disciplinary security solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Eng or related field; 8+ years’ experience.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture strategy, network, cloud, IAM, application, data, governance.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.
• Proven client-facing leadership and delivery growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee complex security architecture engagements across industries.
• Lead Zero Trust projects, cloud security initiatives, and security governance programs.
• Engage executives, frame challenges, present findings, and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Lead business development, shaping proposals and expanding relationships.
