Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture to lead strategic client engagements and drive the growth of EY’s architecture practice. You will guide security strategy, engage with CISOs and boards, and shape innovative, scalable architectures across cloud, data, identity, and network domains.

You will mentor teams, develop service offerings, and advance EY’s thought leadership while collaborating across Cyber and technology capabilities to deliver integrated solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience (or graduate degree with 7+ years).
• Experience in enterprise security architecture strategy, assessment, and future-state design.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee complex security architecture engagements across industries, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
• Lead architecture assessments, Zero Trust programs, cloud security initiatives, and governance engagements with executive stakeholders.
• Drive business development: shape proposals, lead client conversations, and expand relationships across accounts.
• Mentor and develop teams of Managers and Consultants to foster technical excellence and cross-disciplinary solutions.
