Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Cyber practice to lead enterprise security architecture initiatives for major clients. You will direct engagements, shape security strategy, and present recommendations to executive teams including CISOs and CIOs.

In addition to delivering high‑quality work, you will develop service offerings, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across EY’s security capabilities to drive growth and trusted advisor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading enterprise security architecture programs and governance.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex security architecture engagements across industries.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, and boards to frame challenges and present findings.
• Drive business development, shaping proposals and expanding accounts.
• Mentor and develop teams of professionals while delivering high‑quality work.
