Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Vice President of Engineering for a $200M+ manufacturer. You will lead all engineering functions, including design, R&D, production engineering, and technical support, aligning technical execution with business strategy.

Location is Morgantown, PA with relocation assistance and immediate availability. The role requires 15 years in engineering with at least 5 in leadership, deep SolidWorks proficiency, and a track record of reducing complexity and cost while delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
MBA is preferred for strategic leadership and business alignment.
Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
Fifteen years of engineering experience with at least five in leadership in a large organization.

Responsibilities

Define long-term engineering strategy and product development roadmap in line with company targets.
Identify and implement new technologies, materials, and processes (Industry 4.0).
Oversee R&D for new products and process improvements to maintain leadership.
Bridge design and production to ensure successful launches within budget and schedule.
Lead Lean manufacturing and 5S, reduce waste, and manage costs.
Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to production launch.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risk, ensuring regulatory compliance.
