Job summary

BrainPOP seeks an ELT Enablement Lead reporting to the CEO to accelerate decision-making and executive cadence. This hybrid role blends systems design, meeting optimization, and cross-functional coordination to keep the executive team focused and productive.

You will design rhythms, prepare agendas, and oversee communications for the CEO, ELT, and boards, using AI-enabled tooling to streamline documentation and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, finance, strategy, PMO, or similar; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-enabled systems, rhythms, and meetings to increase team flow and cross-functional collaboration.
• Facilitate executive team meetings, driving productive discussions and follow-through.
• Manage Executive Operating Calendar, board materials, and external conferences.
• Prepare agendas and coordinate communications for CEO and ELT.
