Job summary

BrainPOP in New York City is seeking an ELT Enablement Lead to accelerate executive decision-making and improve cross-functional rhythm. You will design AI-enabled systems, facilitate top-level meetings, and align communications across the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.

Reporting to the CEO, this hybrid role requires 2-3 days on-site at the NYC HQ and a proven track record in project leadership with senior stakeholders, ideally in education technology or fast-growth environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, strategy, PMO, or a similarly rigorous major; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, management consulting, or similar with executive stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating operational gaps, OKR adoption and outcomes enterprise-wide.
• Experience using AI tools for productivity and efficiency at individual and team level.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-enabled systems, rhythms, and meetings to increase team flow and cross-functional collaboration.
• Facilitate executive team meetings, shaping patterns to maximize time and impact.
• Develop meeting structures to improve information flow inside and outside meetings.
• Own calendar architecture and follow-up systems for the executive team.
• Prep the CEO for external-facing moments and coordinate board materials.
• Coordinate internal communications sequencing and related materials.
