Job summary

CGS seeks an eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join our Legal team in a fast-paced executive-level role. You will lead preservation, collection, and production of ESI, working with Enterprise Vault, LHMT, and Veritas tools to support civil and criminal matters.

You will develop discovery plans, coordinate with FBI units, train users, and ensure load files meet Bates-number standards, in a dynamic government-contracting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery or litigation support focusing on client solutions.
• 3+ years in major lit support projects with growing responsibilities.
• 2+ years using Relativity beyond basic document review.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Experience across all EDRM stages (File to Trial).
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• BS/BA degree; JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for litigation and inquiries.
• Serve as expert user of Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and Veritas eDiscovery.
• Develop discovery plans with search parameters (dates, keywords, custodians).
• Collect data from FBI IT systems per the discovery plan to support legal teams.
• Analyze search results for data gaps and assure production quality with Bates numbering and load files.
• Administer inputs into eDiscovery review platform and manage user access and logs.
• Coordinate collection results with FBI processing units for review/redaction/release.
• Provide training and technical assistance to agency attorneys and staff.
• Document discovery plans and procedures for each case.
• Support LHMT requests and eDiscovery collections on criminal cases.
