Job summary

CGS seeks an eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join our Legal team. The position focuses on identifying, preserving, collecting, and producing electronic stored information for civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and congressional inquiries.

You will work with Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and Veritas eDiscovery, developing discovery plans and assisting attorneys, paralegals, and case agents across FBI and government engagements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive, more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil, criminal, FOIA, and congressional requests.
• Develop discovery plans with parameters (date ranges, keywords, custodians) for cases.
• Serve as expert user of eDiscovery tools (Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, Veritas).
• Coordinate results with FBI units and support attorneys, paralegals, and agents.
• Administer data inputs, user access, and load files; ensure Bates numbering and load files quality.
• Provide training and technical assistance on eDiscovery platforms.
