• Own performance across final-mile locations including service KPIs, route execution, delivery quality, productivity, capacity, customer experience, and other contractual requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with client leadership, lead recurring business reviews, respond to concerns and escalations, and ensure commitments are completed timely.
• Forecast future capacity needs based on volume and business requirements, partner with Procurement on onboarding, and ensure adequate delivery teams are available.
