The Division Manager – Final Mile Operations is responsible for the overall operational, financial, compliance, and client performance of multiple final-mile delivery locations. This role provides direct leadership to site management teams and serves as the primary point of accountability for ensuring each operation meets established service, safety, compliance, capacity, and financial expectations.
The Division Manager is expected to operate with a high level of independence and ownership—proactively identifying risks, developing solutions, and driving execution without requiring senior leadership to identify issues or establish corrective action plans.
$100,000-$125,000 annually
*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
