Maersk is seeking an experienced Last Mile Site Leader/Area Manager in Mesa, AZ, to coordinate end-to-end delivery operations and maintain on-site leadership across haulers and delivery teams. The role emphasizes strong communication, process adherence, and performance oversight.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow for communication between haulers, delivery teams, call center and local client management teams.
• Provide on-site presence to ensure teams follow procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, processing and performance of haulers.
• Develop and maintain relations with vendors.
• Ensure follow-up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and claims.
• Interface with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery.
