Qualifications
- 12+ years’ experience in wealth management/investments and broker-dealer regulatory landscape.
- Proven product management experience: roadmaps, requirements, user journeys, prototyping, backlog prioritization, dependencies, agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for client acquisition and deepening capabilities.
- Lead business analysis, user journey design, and requirements across products and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions, remove obstacles, and deliver high-impact user experiences.
- Establish and lead executive leadership forums for prioritization, decision-making, and risk assessment.
- Analyze data, market trends, user behavior, and emerging tech to generate improvement ideas.
- Drive change management, including legal, regulatory, and governance activities.
- Drive go-to-market activities, including testing, pilots, and national rollouts.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams across LOBs.
