Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree strongly preferred.
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience in workforce development or similar role.
• Seven (7) years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements all policies, procedures, strategies and directives to achieve exceptional customer service and quality service levels.
• Collaborates with the Executive Team to develop and ensure long-term goals are achieved.
• Designs and manages the operating budget to fund workforce development programs.
• Develops and monitors performance measures and initiates changes to meet goals.
• Leads and develops an effective management team and succession plan for mission-critical positions.
• Ensures services comply with federal, state and local rules and regulations.
• Role-models company values and ensures alignment with vision and mission.
• Recommends and implements strategic alliances to benefit customers.
