Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) in Texas is seeking a Manager, Child Care Solutions Direct Care to oversee the Child Care Services program. You will lead Supervisors, ensuring compliance with program requirements and proper disbursement of funds, while maintaining effective communication with the Deputy Director and staff.

You will drive operational excellence, develop procedures, monitor outcomes, and implement training to strengthen service delivery across the CCS program.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience, including three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Ability to relocate within the service delivery area; bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the child care program to ensure quality service delivery and optimal use of resources.
• Develop and maintain local operating procedures; monitor CCS policies and procedures.
• Monitor contract goals, performance, and action plans; ensure documentation accuracy and data integrity.
• Coordinate staff development opportunities and manage performance; administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Lead an informal Appeals Committee to review eligibility decisions and oversee denial reviews.
