Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations leader to manage all aspects of the warehouse workflow and drive driver fleet supervision, safety, and staffing development. You will counsel staff, meet corporate goals, and support profitability through effective department leadership.

The role emphasizes budgeting, inventory control, and process improvements within a fast-paced foodservice distribution environment. A strong background in supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6–10 years foodservice operations with supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, operations or related area.
• 10 years foodservice operations or related with supervisory/management experience.
• Preferred Professional Certification: MBA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates including scheduling, training and development counseling and performance management.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize cash flow and service levels; develop annual budgets.
• Oversee warehouse operations and driver fleet; ensure safety, compliance and budget adherence.
• Interact with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely, and quality manner.
• Improve operational strategies and processes based on distribution industry knowledge.
