Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, staging, loading and shipping.
• Develop and track KPIs for safety, productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipment.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize outbound throughput and dock efficiency.
• Oversee OSHA compliance, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage warehouse budgets and control operating expenses.
• Own ERP system functionality related to warehouse and logistics operations.
• Lead upgrades, testing, training, and change management for ERP.
• Oversee outbound logistics, carrier relationships, and freight negotiations.
