Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services seeks a Senior Director, Global Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution to design and govern an enterprise‑wide logistics strategy across regions and businesses. You will lead the global distribution network, balance regulatory compliance with cost efficiency, and drive OTIF and service performance with 3PL partners and internal teams.

• 13+ years in supply chain with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing global distribution centers and 3PL partnerships.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi‑year global logistics and distribution strategy.
• Lead global WMS, TMS, and ERP integration initiatives and optimize OTIF.
• Own global logistics P&L and drive cost-to-serve improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, GDP, GMP, and trade rules.
