Job summary

KBI Biopharma is seeking a Senior Director, Warehouse Operations to lead NC warehousing, inventory, and logistics. You will drive safety, compliance, and efficiency across multiple sites, owning governance, capacity planning, and ERP/WMS initiatives to support manufacturing and customer commitments.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in regulated environments, with a focus on cost optimization and scalable operations. Travel up to 25% may be required to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, or materials management in a regulated environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers or directors across multi-site operations.
• Experience leading GMP-regulated warehouse functions including inventory control and material flow.
• Proven ability to improve safety, compliance, inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost performance.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, traceability, audit readiness, and regulatory inspections.
• Experience with SAP, WMS/EWM, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for warehouse, inventory, logistics, and distribution across NC network.
• Lead multi-site Warehouse Operations, fostering safety, engagement, and operational excellence.
• Own performance metrics: safety, accuracy, service levels, productivity, and costs.
• Governance for policies, procedures, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead capacity planning, network optimization, and business continuity initiatives.
• Sponsor warehouse technology: SAP, WMS/EWM, automation, data analytics, standardization.
• Oversee transportation, 3PLs, cold-chain, and service performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Finance, IT, and more.
• Represent warehousing and supply chain in executive forums, audits, and capacity planning.
