Storage Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Warehouse Equipment Implementation to lead the operational execution of our warehouse equipment business.

This role oversees Project Management, Project Coordination, and Estimating to ensure project delivery, strong financial performance, and high customer satisfaction. The Senior Director will build high-performing teams, improve processes, and drive accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualificações

• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of leadership experience in material handling, warehouse equipment, or related implementation environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-level organizations and direct reports in a customer-facing setting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse equipment implementation, project lifecycles, estimating, and customer delivery expectations.
• Experience in strategic planning, workforce planning, and organizational leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and organizational change with financial accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for PM, Project Coordination, and Estimating teams.
• Drive accountability for project schedules, estimating accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as escalation point for major project challenges and operational issues.
• Establish KPIs and performance expectations aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Design to coordinate the project lifecycle.
