Restaurant Supply, LLC seeks a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead our nationwide warehouse network, including Adamsville, TN, and multiple sites across the US. Reporting to the COO, this hands-on leader sets standard procedures, drives safety, accuracy, and efficiency, and develops local warehouse leadership.

The role emphasizes heavy equipment handling, LTL freight, and NetSuite ERP usage to manage receiving, fulfillment, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Five years or more in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations with management responsibility.
• Experience overseeing warehouses handling heavy equipment or oversized items.
• Proficient in NetSuite ERP for inventory and warehouse operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee national warehouse operations across the U.S. network.
• Establish standardized operating procedures and ensure safety and accuracy.
• Develop local warehouse leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead heavy equipment handling, LTL freight, receiving, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service to meet commitments.
